Jobs Daughters is an organization for young women, ages 11-20, designed to help them learn important skills for life, such as leadership, organization, teamwork and self reliance. Bethel #11 was instituted January 18, 1947 and was moved to the Lake Drummond Masonic Lodge #178 in Chesapeake, Virginia in 1985. It operates under authority of a Charter granted by the Grand Guardian Council dated May 3, 1947.
